Planning your trip

Whether you're excited to spend your trip by the beach or inland by wine country and casinos, San Diego has you covered! If you want to stay by the beach, it is about a 30 minute drive to the venue from Oceanside/Carlsbad. If you'd prefer to be as close to the venue as possible (a little more inland), Pala Casino & Hotel is about 10 miles from the venue and Welk Resort about 6 miles. If you want to go big, Pechanga Casino in Temecula's wine country is about 15 miles north on the I-15. Either way, with the ease of ride shares, there are many options.

Flight

San Diego International Airport

This is the most stress-free airport option. You can also look into Los Angeles airport but, while it may be a little cheaper, the traffic, in our opinion, isn't worth the headache. San Diego airport is nice and small and easy to get around. It is about 45 minutes from the venue + casino and about the same to Oceanside/Carlsbad beach town locations.

This is one of the closest places to the venue (about 6 miles) with villa options from 1 bedroom - 3 bedroom which include kitchenettes, multiple pools, a golf course, and restaurants on site.
