Please refer to your RSVP page to determine the number of seats reserved in your honor. We kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests, as there will not be the capacity to accommodate beyond the number that has already been accounted for.
We kindly ask our guests to attend in formal attire. Darker, muted, or neutral colors & patterns preferred, but not required. Please refrain from any colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as white, cream, ivory, etc.
Sheldon Boulevard offers limited street parking and a pay-to-park lot on the street. There are also several lots & garages within approximately five minutes walking distance.
Seating will begin at 3 o'clock. We kindly ask that all guests are seated before or by 3:25pm. Please understand that entrance will not be permitted past this time, as the ceremony will commence at 3:30pm.
We kindly ask that all phones & devices are silenced and put away during our ceremony so all of our guests may be as present as possible and our photographer is able to capture the moment without restriction. Please feel welcome to take pictures & videos during the cocktail hour and reception.
Open seating is available during the ceremony. Guests may sit on either side of the aisle. Seating arrangements have been made for dinner, but guests are welcome to move around and socialize throughout the evening.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will spend time with the photographer. Guests may remain at the venue to socialize. Please feel welcome to enjoy appetizers & drinks. An open bar with beers, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages such as soda & juice will be available throughout the evening.
Buffet style meal with bread, salad, two sides, chicken entrée, vegetarian pasta entrée, or mac & cheese for children.
Enjoy live music with a big band until approximately 8pm. After this time, the evening will transition into a more lively "after-party" atmosphere with a selection of songs from a variety of genres; some of which may be explicit.
We will have film cameras available during the cocktail hour and reception. Please use them to help us document the evening through your eyes! We ask that you please keep the flash feature turned on to ensure best quality photos. Please return all cameras to the gift table once the roll of film is finished or by the end of the evening. We will share these photos, along with our professional photos, to our wedding website once we have received them.
