Yes! Please let ADERO know if you'd like to be part of our room block while staying on-property during the wedding festivities.

What time should I arrive to the venue?
Answer
Our ceremony starts at 5p.m. but we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to grab a glass of champagne, greet the other guests and find your seat.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will take place outdoors, so please dress appropriately. We will have fans available if the weather is warm!

Answer
We're expecting a beautiful sunny, fall day in Arizona! The average high is 87° and the average low is 60° this time of year.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a two-course plated dinner and dessert.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home.
