Where is your wedding venue?

Answer

We're getting married in Lyons, Colorado, which is 15 miles north of Boulder. Sometimes GPS, Google Maps, or Siri misguide people to the venue. So please follow directs via Highway 36 to Ute Highway (US 66), and head West. The Farmette is located at the scrap metal rooster with a vertical blue sign. What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire -- a special outfit, for a special day. We can't wait to see all of you in your finest cloth! The rest of the weekend is casual.

Where should I stay that weekend?

Answer

We recommend the Hyatt Place-Boulder. This hotel will make for a short trip to the wedding venue, and is close to fun restaurants, hikes, and bars. We hope you'll make some time to enjoy the town where we met! Go Buffs!

What will the weather be like in October?

Answer

It could be 75 degrees, or 32 and snowing -- your guess is as good as ours! We're prepared for either at the venue -- think cloth tent with heaters -- and we recommend you bring a light jacket or scarf. As the date gets closer, we will provide a forecast of the weather.

Why is your website password "raftup"?

Answer

Phil's spirit animal is an otter, and we're generally in love with the little guys. But one of the most endearing things about otters is they hold hands while they sleep forming a raft of sorts. They do this to ensure they don't drift apart.
