Is there a dress code?

Yes, the dress code is cocktail attire. Women should opt for a tea-length, knee-length, or midi dress. Men should wear a suit and tie, or opt for a blazer.

Due to venue limitations, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will be indoors. In the event of inclement weather, both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

What will the weather be like this time of year at the venue?

Answer

Well... it's Florida. You truly never know. Expect to pack layers for your daytime activities. At the time of the wedding, the sun will be going down and the evening will likely be cool. The reception is indoors and the ceremony will be outside, so bear these things in mind when selecting your wedding attire.

The ceremony and reception will both be taking place at Venue 1902 at Preservation Hall in Sanford.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony, guests can enjoy a cocktail hour at the venue where they can enjoy beverages and music while the bride and groom take their photos.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Please refrain from any photos during the ceremony (we have photographers so that you can be in the moment!). We encourage guests to take photos during cocktail hour and at the reception and hashtag #LivingDavilaLoca so we can follow along!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block for guests, but we have a tab here on our website with recommendations so that you can choose what is best for you and your party.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Yes, free valet is offered at the venue for all guests.
