Room Blocks?

I have received the question of whether there are room blocks at a certain hotel nearby and the answer to that question is no I have not. Firstly because I didn't know that was a thing to be completely honest. The second reason is I personally am very picky about where I stay and hotels in general, so I didn't want to block out rooms at a place someone may not like and deal with the whole logistics of having to change a room block if someone wanted to stay somewhere else because some hotels I've read make it very difficult to do or will even charge you a fee if a certain amount of rooms in your block aren't booked. I felt it better to just give out information on the area and let people choose where they want to be and what is best for them rather than trying to pick a hotel that'll please everyone when that will just not happen.
