Welcome Gathering

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We'll have an area reserved at the hotel bar/restaurant for our guests to mingle the night before the big day! Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Come down to say hi and have a drink with the soon-to-be newlyweds!

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Cocktails, Dinner, and Dancing to follow! HOTEL SHUTTLE: There will be two shuttles departing from the hotel to the venue promptly at 4:15p and 4:30p. There will be one shuttle available for bringing guests back to the hotel. We hope you can stay all night, but for folks that may want to leave early the shuttle will make three trips back to the hotel, one at 9:30p, 10:15p, and 11p.

Brunch

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Join us at Nick's favorite pub in the heart of historic Old Town Alexandria! Stop by to grab a drink or some brunch with us before heading out of town. If you have the time, definitely take a walk down King Street to check out the shopping and stroll down to the waterfront. Please note, this is a casual gathering and will not be catered. We kindly ask that you purchase your own food and drink. We will have a room reserved for our party, so please RSVP just so we can get an idea of how many guests may be coming through. Old Town is a bustling area, so you can find street parking or a nearby parking garage.
