Informal Welcome Event

We want to spend as much time as possible with friends and family this weekend! We'll be at Pindustry for some drinks and games Friday night before the big day. There is no formal reserved event, we'd just love to meet up to visit with everyone! They do not take reservations on Friday nights, but it's a huge venue, so we should have plenty of space to hang out. Just look for the people that seem overdressed for a game hall. Pindustry has a bunch of different games available to play from pool, to arcade games, to darts. They let us know that waitlists for games can get pretty long on weekend nights, but tend to be shorter earlier in the evening. It is also a full-service restaurant, so if you're looking for something to do Friday night, feel free to arrive early, get something to eat, and join the waitlists for any games you might want to play.

The shuttle from the Hilton Inverness hotel will begin loading at 2:15 PM and will depart at 2:30 PM.
Reception

There will be a dinner buffet including salad, vegetable sides, and chicken and beef entree options. If you would prefer a vegetarian meal alternative, please select a 'Vegetarian' meal preference so we can let our catering team know how many veggie meals to prepare. Two rounds of shuttles will be provided back to the Hilton Inverness hotel. The first trip will leave the venue at 8 PM. The second and final trip will leave at 10 PM.
