Question

How will I get to the venue from the hotel and back?

Answer

There will be a shuttle running throughout the day taking guests from the hotel to Ciccone, and then back to the hotels at the end of the night. The venue has a 50 car max, so we encourage the use of the shuttles! Shuttles from Blue Lakes Charter will leave from the Mariott at 2:10pm and at 2:20pm. They will then pick up from the Fairfield shortly after and head to the venue. The shuttles will leave the venue to go back to the hotels at 9pm, 9:45pm, and 10:30pm.

In trying to keep our wedding intimate, we have indicated on your invitation if you have received a plus one

Are we doing anything on Sunday?

Answer

We will be having a brunch at Crepes and Co in Traverse City at 11am on Sunday. Everyone is welcome to come! Make sure to RSVP for it in the RSVP section so we can get a headcount :)

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have connected with the Courtyard at Mariott and Fairfield Inn, both in Traverse City, and they will provide a discount when you mention the wedding. A lot of people are wanting to do Airbnb's which is another great option! Remember that the shuttles will only be going to/from these two hotels. Check on the "travel" tab for more hotel info!
