Hudson Valley

The Hudson Valley is vast with lots of great places to stay! When picking lodging, it will be helpful to consider the proximity to our wedding venue Sunday at Blooming Hill Farm (linked on the map above). We are also planning a welcome party and activities on Saturday at Bear Mountain (approx 20 minutes east by car from the farm). It's helpful to come by car, but it is also possible to take the Metro North train and then use Uber.

There are hundreds of awesome cabins and places to stay in the surrounding Hudson Valley that are close to our wedding at Blooming Hill Farm and the activities we are planning Saturday at Bear Mountain. We recommend looking around "Montgomery" as a general area. Beacon is also nearby- a little further out but one of our favorite towns to visit upstate!

Bear Mountain Inn & Overlook Lodge

Located within Bear Mountain State Park, this historic lakeside lodge is sprawling and rustic. We will be hosting a welcome party on the property on Saturday night, as well as afternoon hike. Rooms go very quick as it is a popular family fall vacation spot- with room and cabin bookings available starting 6 months in advance i(mid-April).
