Are kids welcome?

Answer

We look forward to celebrating with our friends and family. With that said, we kindly request that our wedding reception remain a child-free environment once dinner is complete and dancing begins. Parents night out! While we're happy to have kids witness us get married during the ceremony, we'd like for sitting arrangements to be made for them to be watched over during our reception off-site (our venue is a vineyard and we don't believe our party will be suitable for young children).

Please RSVP by July 14, 2024.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing 56-person coach busses to make pickups at each hotel. They will also be making return trips to each hotel after the reception. Please see the 'Travel' tab for more info.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the Friday night Welcome Party at Second Rodeo Brewing, feel free to dress more casually. Shorts/jeans are welcome. For the wedding events on Saturday, we ask for semi-formal attire to be worn. Men with suits and ties, and women with sundresses/cocktail-length dresses would be appreciated! Please refrain from jeans and sneakers.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of on-site parking at Dove Ridge Vineyard if you wish to drive. Cars may be left at the venue overnight. HOWEVER, vehicles left overnight must be picked up by 9:30AM on Sunday 9/15 as there is another wedding taking place at Dove Ridge that day.
