The ceremony is outdoors pending the weather. The cocktail hour and reception are inside and have outdoor patios.

No, Boston and NYC airports are approximately 2.5 hours away.

What is the hotel check in time?

Answer

The check in time is 3pm. The hotel is adding an extra housekeeper or two Saturday morning to help clean the rooms quicker. They cannot guarantee an early check in but are going to try to accommodate as many early check ins as possible.
