The Springhill Suites and the Residence Inn are actually the same hotel - same lobby, same front desk, just two different brands operating under one roof. Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue from this hotel, and the after party will be held here on Friday night. *** Update: Unfortunately the room block at this hotel has sold out. We've spoken with the hotel and they cannot offer us any additional rooms at the group rate. There are still some rooms available but not at the group rate. We have added a second block of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott. This hotel is just down the road from the Springhill Suites / Residence Inn. Transportation will be provided to and from this hotel as well. You can make a reservation using the link below or by calling the hotel and requesting the Pearson/Robins wedding room block at the Fishkill Courtyard. The group rate is $144 per night for a king bed and $159 per night for two queens.

Flight
The three major New York City airports offer the widest range of flights. From LaGuardia, JFK, or Newark it's about a 1.5 hour drive to the wedding venue. Consider looking at flights into Westchester County Airport in White Plains, NY and Stewart Airport in Newburgh, NY as well. These airports are smaller and have fewer flights each day, but are closer to the wedding venue.
House Or Rental
There are numerous Airbnb's available in and around the towns of Cold Spring and Garrison. We've stayed at several, feel free to reach out if you're looking for recommendations.
Train
Coming from New York City? You can take the Hudson Line from Grand Central Terminal to the towns of Garrison, Cold Spring, or Beacon. Trains run hourly on the weekend and the ride takes about 90 minutes. You'll need to arrange transportation from the train station to the hotel or the wedding venue. While Uber and Lyft do operate in the area, be ready to wait 15-30 minutes for a driver to arrive. Plan accordingly!
