Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is NOT provided at the venue site. Please plan to park at Four Points by Sheraton in Scotts Valley and use the provided shuttle for transportation to/from the venue site. Shuttle service will begin at 3:30 pm on Friday and 2:00 pm on Saturday. Please plan to be ready at that time.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to the Travel section of our website. Limited on site cabins are available for rental for those wishing to stay close to the action. Shuttle service will be provided from the Four Points by Sheraton in Scotts Valley. Please plan to park there and use shuttle service for all guests staying off-site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle service will be provided between the venue and Four Points by Sheraton in Scotts Valley. No parking is available on site. Shuttles will depart from the hotel on Friday at 3:30 pm and Saturday at 2:00 pm.

What precautions are you taking in relation to the Covid 19 pandemic?

Answer

The vast majority of wedding events will take place outside including the welcome dinner, wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and wedding reception dinner. We are also asking that all adults in attendance be vaccinated or receive a Covid 19 test within 48 hours of the event and be able to show negative results.
