Question

Do I need to be fully vaccinated to attend the wedding?

Answer

All vendors and guests are required by Calamigos Ranch, to show proof of vaccination or proof of negative COVID PCR test results 72 hrs prior to the wedding. We will be collecting photos of vaccination cards and test results via Dropbox we will create. After all proof is collected, masks will not be mandatory during the wedding. Of course, if you feel more comfortable wearing masks please do so.

What if I cannot show proof of vaccination or am not able to take a PCR covid test?

Answer

Unfortunately the venue is not allowing guests who are not able to show proof of vaccination and are not able to take a PCR test for covid.

Do my children need to take a PCR covid test?

Answer

All children age 5 and under do not need to take a PCR test.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes we are! We are registered at Crate & Barrel and Amazon Wedding Registry.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:15pm to be seated. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free valet parking will be available at the entrance of The Oak Room.

What if I show up very early?

Answer

The property has a great cafe just across from our wedding location. Valet your car for free at our wedding location and walk to Malibu Cafe, still within the property. Get a drink and enjoy the sun. Walk back by 5:15pm for our ceremony!

Is the ceremony and reception indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoor and the reception will be indoor.

What is for dinner?

Answer

Please note your entree choice with initials on your RSVP card. Your choice of juicy Hanger Steak, fresh Chilean Seabass, or delicious vegetarian pasta.
