Question

When Should I Arrive?

Answer

For those not in the party and/or immediate family, wedding events start the day-of (5/22). If you're having to fly in or prefer to spend the prior night (5/21) in the area, let Paula/Daelin know - we can share discounted rates to the hotels we're staying in the night prior in Westminster and extend an invite to drinks :)

Question

What's the cost difference between the Antrim and Best Western?

Answer

The Antrim is more expensive but more convenient - it's roughly $180-$200 per room, based on double occupancy, so $90/$100 pp. The Best Western Westminster is $100 for the night, so $50/pp, but requires travel back and forth to the venue. If you choose the Best Western, please go ahead and make your own reservation (mention the Tsvayg-Hillman wedding for a discount). For the Antrim, our room coordinator will be reaching out at the end of January with more information as we are doing an assigned hotel block.

Question

How do I figure out hotel/travel details?

Answer

More information can be found within the travel section of our website https://www.zola.com/wedding/paulaseizedthedaelin/travel . If you find your questions aren't cleared up by that tab, reach out to one of us!

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Wedding + Rehearsal - Cocktail/formal - think cocktail or fancy sundresses for girls, a suit for men. It's a balance between elegant and comfortable, and typically is more formal than a day wedding but more casual than a night celebration. Re: shoes for women, the ceremony will be on grass, but the reception is on turf! Breakfast - fairly casual! It's in the hotel's dining room, so there's no formal dress code - this won't be a photographed event :)

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We prefer for this to be adults-only but understand everyone's circumstances/situations are nuanced. Please feel free to reach out to us if there's no way for you to attend if you can't bring your children!

Question

Are guests required to be vaccinated from COVID-19?

Answer

While the overwhelming majority of our attendees are vaccinated and boosted, for the safety of both our guests and all of our vendors + staff at our venue, if you do not have all 3 COVID vaccinations, we require a PCR test result within 48 hours of the wedding proving you are negative.

Question
