When should I RSVP by?

How do I book the hotel?

Answer

The hotel is the Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront at 270 Ann Street Northwest, Grand Rapids, MI 49504. Please call (616) 317-6874 to reserve under our hotel block. The group name for the hotel block is "Mannino & Morse Wedding" starting on Wednesday, June 4th until Sunday, June 8th, 2025. The cutoff date for securing a hotel room within this block is Saturday, April 5th, 2025.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the Revel Center. Ceremony and reception are at the same location. Uber and Lyft are available for those that would like a ride there.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:30 pm. Please arrive no later than 3:20 pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please make these requests when you RSVP for the wedding. We will ensure you can be accommodated.

Will food be provided for children?

Answer

Yes! Children under the age of ten will be provided with chicken tenders, tater tots, and friendly vegetables. They can also have a side of applesauce instead of the salad being served. Ranch and ketchup will be available to them if needed.

Where can I smoke?

Answer

Smoking of tobacco products is only allowed in the designated smoking area in the parking lot or on the north end of the patio. This includes smokeless tobacco products as well.

Can we tip the bartenders?

Answer

There will be tip jars at each bar to tip the servers! The bar upstairs will be open during the cocktail hour, and then it will close. There will be a bar downstairs open during dinner and until 10 pm.

How long is the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour begins directly after the ceremony and will last for an hour and thirty minutes. This will provide time for the downstairs to be changed into what you will see during the reception. The reception will have roughly an hour for food and then four hours to dance the night away. You sadly must leave the site by 11 pm.
