What attire is appropriate for the wedding?

Answer

Dressy is our recommendation but please feel free to dress 80s new wave, rockabilly, mid-century, punk or formal.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Typically, July is a warm, dry month by Pacific Northwest standards. Prepare for temperatures in the 70-80s for most of the day and 60s at night.

Should we stay in Portland and drive to White Salmon?

Answer

Probably not. It’s about a 90 minute drive from Portland airport to the wedding venue in White Salmon which includes lots of twist, turns, hills and bridges.

Where can we stay other than White Salmon or Hood River?

Answer

About 45 minutes away, there are many more hotels in Cascade Locks OR, The Dalles OR, Carson WA, Stevenson WA and Skamania WA.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

Answer

While we adore kids and have 4 between the two of us, we are limiting children to those in the family and wedding party.

What alcohol will you be serving at the wedding?

Answer

We will be serving beer, white and red wine and Prosecco for a toast. No hard alcohol will be served but feel free to bring your own if you wish.

Will there be vegetarian, vegan and/or gluten free food served?

Answer

We will have all of the above! We are serving a variety of Mexican food that includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
