An outdoor Austin classic. Take a walk, run, or bike on the Hike and Bike trail around the lake, or spend an hour or two kayaking or paddle boarding on the water (the Rowing Dock is a good rental place).
A great local coffee shop near the church and the May family residence.
Some of the best breakfast tacos around, and everything else on the menu is delicious too. We often bundle Trianon coffee with this as they’re super close! Lindsey’s favorite taco is egg, honey ham, and potato. The frigas taco is also a favorite (it’s technically off-menu, but it has all the same stuff as the frigas breakfast menu item, just in a taco).
Another great BBQ place, and don’t skip the brisket! Get iced sweet tea if you want the full Texas experience, but be warned - it’s very sweet.
We love this distillery - great drinks and food, and a great atmosphere with hill country charm.
A great brewery with mostly outdoor seating and lots of shade. This is the spot that Paul and Lindsey officially started making plans to move to the same city :)
Great place to have some unique coffee - definitely go for the moon milk! (It’s out of this world)
