Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend guests arrive between 5:00 - 5:10 PM. The ceremony is scheduled to start at 5:30 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Parking is available for guests and you are able to leave your car overnight and pick up before 10 AM on Monday, April 22nd. We ask that all guests be safe and responsible leaving the event. A lyft code has been provided for guests to use to and from the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

As we expect attendees to be scattered across various lodging locations, please use the code PAULANDKATE on lyft for your transit! The code will apply for rides to or from either Viansa Winery or the immediate Sonoma Plaza area starting Sunday afternoon. Here’s how: Go to the ‘Payment’ tab from the app menu. Find the Lyft Pass section, then tap ‘Add Lyft Pass’ to add your code. Tap ‘Add Pass’ to finish.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or equivalent. Note, our ceremony will be taking place outdoors on the grass lawn, weather permitting. Ceremony and cocktail hour are intended to be hosted outside, reception and dinner will be indoors. Sonoma can be chilling after the sun goes down so please bring layers as needed.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

The venue will close to guests at 11:30 PM. We encourage anyone who would like to keep the party going to head to Sonoma Plaza following the event. Steiner's Tavern is open until 2 AM.
