The Roundhouse

The Roundhouse is a unique and stylish hotel located in the heart of Beacon, New York. It is also our wedding venue! Unfortunately, it is a small hotel and there are no large blocks of rooms available but you can book directly through their site. There is a two night minimum for Friday and Saturday. We encourage our out of town guests who would like to stay here to book as soon as possible due to the holiday weekend.

Hyatt House Fishkill/Poughkeepsie

The Hyatt House Fishkill has no minimum night requirement and is about ten minutes from The Roundhouse. There is a room block for the wedding booked here! Please use the link below or enter in the provided code to take advantage of the room block rate.

Shuttle

Shuttle Service to Reception

February 15, 2025 5:00 pm - 12:00 am

Shuttle service will be provided from the Hyatt House Fishkill/Poughkeepsie to the reception. To Reception: Shuttle to arrive at 4:30 PM to the Hyatt House Fishkill/Poughkeepsie for a departure by 5:10 PM to The Roundhouse. From Reception: The reception is scheduled to end at 10:30 PM. The Shuttle will arrive at 10:00 PM at The Roundhouse with a scheduled departure at ~10:45 PM/11:00PM to the Hyatt House Fishkill/Poughkeepsie.

Train

Metro North

If you're coming from NYC, the best way to get to Beacon is on the Metro North from Grand Central. Departure times can be found on the Metro North website. The train ride is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.

Flight

Airports

The nearest airport to Beacon & Fishkill is Newburgh (SWF) Airport which is 20 minutes away. This airport is your best option if you want to avoid NYC traffic. Other airports include White Plains (HPN) (33 miles), New York La Guardia (LGA) (51 miles), Newark (EWR) (58 miles) and New York JFK (JFK) (61 miles).
