Where should we stay?

Answer

The venue is located in downtown San Luis Obispo. You are more than welcome to stay close to The Penny for ease of transport. Cal Poly is hosting an event that same weekend, so accommodations in the city might be tight. If needed, look at surrounding areas such as Pismo beach and Morro Bay.

But what will I wear?!

Answer

Something shmancy! If you need color palette suggestions, wear black (it's chic and we aren't superstitious) or navy, deep green, and other fall/winter colors. Feel free to dress up to your heart's content. The only hard and fast rule is that if it looks like it could be white, please stay safe and skip it.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

While we would absolutely love to offer everyone a plus one we, unfortunately, are not able to do so. When your name populates in the RSVP form, it will either have your partner's name listed below or "Guest Name Unknown" if you have a plus one. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation.

Why can't I bring my children?

Answer

While we love you and your kids very dearly, we want everyone to be able to celebrate and party without having to worry about little ones underfoot. Including you! Plus, you deserve a night off.
