The heart of Georgetown is only a 10 minute walk from the Fairmont Hotel - It's a great place to eat and shop and is the oldest neighborhood in DC. The waterfront area is our favorite!

Georgetown is known for its cupcakes. Georgetown Cupcakes is the most famous bakery in DC, but Baked & Wired is our favorite. Both are worth a try! An 11 minute walk/5 minute drive from the Fairmont Hotel

Washington National Cathedral & Bishop's Garden

Schedule a tour of the Cathedral, walk around campus, or explore the Bishop's Garden, one of our favorite gardens in DC. There is a great little coffee shop right by the Cathedral called Open City. A 12 minute drive from the Fairmont Hotel
