Where is your registry?

Answer

We are already married and have everything that we need! We are beyond grateful for your generosity, and if you would like to give us something, please just give us a card with your words of encouragement and advice. No gifts!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Dress up, but make sure you're comfortable! The venue will require a short walk between the ceremony and the reception building.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins so that you have time to park, locate the correct building, sign the guest book, and find a seat!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Circle M City: 74 Cowboy Lane, Sanford, NC 27330 The ceremony will be located in the Yellow Pine Opera House, and the reception will take place in the Dixie Dance Hall and Livery Stable.

Will the celebration be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. However, the building in which the ceremony is located does not have A.C., so it is likely to be warm. Also, if the weather permits, guests will be allowed to enjoy the beauty of the entire Western town during cocktail hour!

Is there Uber in Sanford?

Answer

Though Lyft is available if you need a ride back to your hotel, there are not many drivers in Sanford, so getting a ride in a timely manner or at all is not guaranteed. If you do plan to drink, please plan to have a designated driver and be safe!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be available in the Dixie Dance Hall and Livery Stable. Sit and relax, have a snack, and feel free to check out the town while we take our photos. Also, all family, please be prepared to join us for family photos!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please RSVP "no" on this website so that we can plan accordingly. If you are having any difficulties, please contact us at (910) 990-2392 and let us know with a phone call or text.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free, and the parking lot is the second right (immediately past the house in front of the venue). Please keep cars within the parking lot, and do not drive into the little town. Also, please allow our elderly guests and caterers to park behind the main building.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We love kiddos. We will have some coloring sheets and crayons for them, but you will probably want to bring them their favorite snack(s) and other activities to keep them busy during the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget, so our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block, but there are multiple hotels in Sanford to choose from, so just book ahead of time! Holiday Inn Express & Suites is the one that we recommend, and its information is located on our Travel page.
