We must receive ALL RSVP's by July 10, 2023. No late RSVP's will be taken after the deadline.
When you RSVP, if your invitation states "and guest" , please provide the first and last name of the guest in the question portion of the RSVP section so we have the name for the table arrangements.
You should arrive at the Salem Herb Farm between 4:30pm and 4:45pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. You will be directed to the seating area for the outside service upon arrival.
Dress casual. Light and airy attire for a potential warm, humid August day should be worn. If necessary, the barn will be air conditioned but dancing may make you HOT! Do you own a cowboy/cowgirl hat or boots? Go for it and wear it!
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Norwich conveniently located off exit 11 from 395. See the HOTEL RESERVATIONS tab for more info.
There will not be transportation to and from the Salem Herb Farm unless you make arrangements with others staying at the hotel to drive you. However, if staying at the hotel Friday or Saturday, there is a free shuttle to and from nearby Mohegan Sun which runs until 3am.
There is a parking lot immediately to your left upon entering the Salem Herb Farm enough for 65 vehicles.
We have hired Matthews Catering who will provide food for the cocktail hour following the ceremony in addition to the delicious buffet dinner. The night will end with a TACO BAR!
We are so excited to have Whimsically Tipsy as the bartenders for the evening. They will be pouring drinks from their transformed VW Bar Bus named WILLOW! "Beverages" will include beer, wine and a few creative signature drinks!
We have hired SOUTHERN VOICE BAND! They will be playing the music of current country artists such as Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Chris Stapleton and others! Slap your knee, tap your feet or get up and dance. Get ready for some fun!
We've hired a professional photographer for the early part of the evening. This leaves the fun photos up to you! Most people who carry around a cell phone have a camera with them so we encourage you to take pictures! Please share your pictures to #FUSCOFARMWEDDING for all to see!
