Question

When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP by September 3rd.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes. We are registered at Zola and Amazon. You can find both registries linked in the Registry section of our wedding website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00pm. We ask that you arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. Please make sure you arrive early so you have time to get settled.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code is black-tie optional. We would love to see our guests in long gowns and nice suits. We request that you refrain from wearing navy suits and navy dresses as this is reserved for the wedding party. Please also refrain from wearing any bridal colors such as white, ivory, and cream. Please note that October weather in Phoenix has daytime temperatures around the low 90s and night time temper­atures around the low 60s. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. Please dress accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation does not include a plus one, we kindly request that you celebrate with us solo.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes. Children are welcome to attend both the ceremony and reception. Please indicate in your RSVP if you are planning on bringing your children along.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. We have a hotel block that can be found in the Travel section of our website. MUST BOOK ACCOMMODATIONS BY 9/3/24.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A free shuttle will be provided to and from the hotel where we have blocked out a certain number of rooms for our guests if at least 10 rooms get reserved. See our the Travel section for more details.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Our venue has plenty of parking spaces.
