Question
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The majority of the venue is outdoors. The ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour and the reception will be a blend of indoors and outdoors.

Will alcohol be served?
Answer
Yes. Alcohol will be served. Please be aware that the venue has a policy against over-serving and will require guests who have overindulged to leave. We ask that you please be respectful of our special day and the venue policy, and drink responsibly.

Will the bar be open or cash?
Answer
We are providing a full open bar with cocktails, wine, champagne, beer, spirits, and a selection of mixers. While you do not need to pay cash for drinks, you're welcome to bring cash to tip the bartender.

Is smoking allowed on the property?
Answer
No. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, or any type of vape or pen.

What should I wear?
Answer
Cocktail attire is preferred, but comfort is key in the Arizona warmth. For women, cocktail dresses, gowns, spring dresses, dressy jumpsuits, etc. For men, dress pants and a button-up shirt (jacket and tie are optional).

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Answer
The venue is predominantly outdoors. The reception area is a combination of grass, stone pathways, and a patio. The dance floor is also outdoors and cobblestone. For women, flats, wedges, and wide heels would likely be the most comfortable.

Where should I park?
Answer
There is a small designated parking lot at the venue and a shared parking lot with the school next door (directly north of the venue). If parking is full, there is a residential street just north of the venue.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Answer
Absolutely! We would love for you to take photos and videos. However, please be considerate and respectful of those around you. Be sure not to obstruct another guest's view, disrupt the ceremony, or interrupt the professional photographer's path.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The early April weather in Arizona can vary greatly. While we're hoping for a perfect 78° day, previous years have been anywhere from 70-90° on this particular day. Please check the weather report leading up to the event for the most accurate prediction.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP by February 24, 2024, so we can have an accurate headcount.

Please check your RSVP card for your number of reserved seats. Please contact us if you need to confirm this number.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Children have been accounted for in our final guest list. Your RSVP card has your allotted guest count, including children. If needed, please contact us to confirm the number of seats we have saved for you.
