Bear with us, the story is a little complicated. In 2016, Megan was attending PT school at Upstate Medical and Mike's twin brother, Matt, was going to SU Law School. Matt's now wife Moira was also attending SU Law and was roommates with Megan's undergraduate roommate from Geneseo, Katie. Megan would hang out with Katie and Moira and their law school friends often and on one such occasion, the fates aligned and Mike was up from NYC visiting Matt. Megan and Mike met that night, drank some Bud Lights, ate some late night pizza, and exchanged maybe 10 sentences the whole time, but to say Mike was completely smitten is an understatement. Mike headed back to NYC, but both would continue to hear about how double dating with Matt and Moira would be the best (can now confirm, it is). Fast forward 2 years, Megan graduated from PT school and was now living in NYC. Somehow, Megan came up in conversation with Mike again and Mike finally texted her to go on a date and the rest is history.
