Shuttle

There will be shuttle buses to and from the welcome reception from these three hotels. Please note, that there are no Ubers, taxis, or public transportation available. The shuttle is the only transportation provided to and from the venue. Parking at the venue is very limited so we encourage you to take advantage of the shuttle service. Friday Shuttle: Bus 1 Departure Times Black Swan 7:00// Courtyard 7:10// Hampton Inn 7:20 Arrival 7:30pm Stonover Bus 2 Departure Times Black Swan 7:45// Courtyard 7:55// Hampton Inn 8:00 Arrival 8:10 Stonover Buses will return guests to these hotels, once at 9:00pm and again at 10:00pm
