I will be walked down the aisle by two motherly figures to me. Aunty May represents all motherly women who took care of me and related to me. She is one of my extended family members from Myanmar currently residing in US. Aunty Aleks represents all women who are not related to me but gave me great advice and support throughout my US journey. Aunty Aleks and her family members, John and Grammy, invited me for holidays while I was doing myundergraduate studies in Hawai'i.
