What will the weather be like?

Answer

Early October still qualifies as "late summer" in Yosemite. We are expecting warm days and cool nights. Heaters will be available at the reception if it gets chilly.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We recommend all our guests book their accommodations at the Evergreen Lodge to stay on-site. All wedding events are walking distance (~2 min walk) from the Evergreen Lodge accommodations. No transportation to the event sites will be provided. However, if you need assistance getting around the property, you can request a golf cart from the front desk. For lodge guests, parking is provided at your cabin/campsite. For those not staying onsite, limited parking is available at the Main Lodge.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we sadly cannot accommodate everyone at our wedding events. We are only able to host those listed on the invitation.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Please indicate your dietary restrictions/allergies on your RSVP form.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! A limited drink menu will be provided at the Welcome BBQ and a full open bar will be provided at our Reception. In exchange, we expect to see everyone on the dance floor!

Is there a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes, please use code VP23 when booking your accommodations at Evergreen Lodge. These reserved rooms will be released back to the public on July 7, 2023, so it is important that you book before that date. See the "Travel" page for more details.

I can't attend the wedding in person, will there be a virtual celebration?

Answer

No, we will not be providing a way to view the wedding virtually. We are sorry you won't be able to join us!
