This is our reception venue (and where we met!), so it holds a special place in our hearts. Your invitation includes free all-day access to the City Museum on the day of our wedding (Saturday, November 8). We hope you'll take the time to explore and enjoy this unique, ever-evolving playground filled with artistic and architectural wonders. Fun fact: the museum is housed in a former International Shoe Company warehouse, adding to its charm and character. It's a fantastic place to feel like a kid again, with plenty of adult-friendly spaces - including a 19th-century cabin with a full bar on the first floor!
Whenever you find yourself in St. Louis, a visit to the Anheuser-Busch Brewery is a must! Not only will you get to see how your favorite beers are made, but you might also catch a glimpse of the famous Budweiser Clydesdales strutting their stuff. During the Anheuser-Busch Brewery tours, you can enjoy samples of their freshest beers. Depending on the tour you choose, you might even get to taste beer straight from the finishing cellars. It's a great way to experience the brewery's offerings firsthand. Cheers!
Stroll Through Forest Park: This beautiful park has been named the #1 city park in the United States by the USA TODAY 10 Best Readers' Choice Awards. It offers a wide range of attractions with FREE admission, including the Saint Louis Art Museum, the Missouri History Museum, and the Saint Louis Zoo. The park's 1,300 acres include picturesque vistas, trails, and conservation areas, making it a perfect spot for a leisurely day out.
The Hill is a charming neighborhood in St. Louis, known for its rich Italian heritage and vibrant community. Founded by Italian immigrants in the early 1900s, The Hill offers a unique blend of history, culture, and culinary delights. The neighborhood is famous for its authentic Italian restaurants, bakeries, and markets, making it a must-visit for food lovers. Our favorites include Gioia's Deli, Zia's on the Hill, and Rigazzi's (for their fishbowl beers)!
Take a tram ride to the top of this iconic 630-foot monument (if you're brave!) for stunning views of the city and the Mississippi River. Don't forget to explore the museum at the base, which offers a deep dive into the region's history.
