We’re Getting Married!

A Mountaineer Love Story! Danielle left NJ for WVU in August of 2013 very excited to pursue a degree in Criminology and Forensics. Early into her Second Semester Freshman year, Danielle received a message on her phone from a sophomore asking if he had seen her on campus. Intrigued by his good looks, and thinking they might have a class together, Danielle asked him what classes he was taking. Dan rattled off a few like thermodynamics, fluids,etc., and she clearly knew that wasn’t it! Danielle asked about the WVU gym – maybe they had seen each other there? But it didn’t seem likely since they didn’t keep the same workout schedules. After talking A LOT they decided to meet each other in person and they chose the Gym as a good spot for their first technical “date”. This first date went so well, that they continued to spend just about every day together following until Dan asked Danielle to date him exclusively a few weeks later!! It was during this time that they realized they technically had met or had “seen” each other previously before their date at the Gym!! It was at a house party of a mutual friends of both Dan and Danielle. Danielle was winning at beer pong – and having a lot of fun doing it! Dan was there with a friend and insists Danielle was making flirty eyes at him! Either way – the rest is history! Dan went on to graduate WVU in 2016 with a BS Degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering. Danielle graduated WVU with honors in 2017 with a BA Degree in Criminology & Forensic Science. They have been raising their family in Ohio since July 2018, Reinhardt their 2 yearold, 125 lb. Caucasian Ovcharka and Thorin, their 9-month-old, 130 lb. Newfoundland puppy!! Dan and Danielle will always be happy as long as they are together and have chosen the #nefferwithoutyou to symbolize their last name and the bond they will share forever! We cannot wait to celebrate this wonderful union of love with our families and friends on November 9th at The Ryland Inn.
