Our love story began in probably the most stereotypically 2020 way possible; on Hinge (#notsponsored) . After matching on the app and weeks of getting to know one another via phone calls and Facetime, we went on our first date volunteering at the Houston Food Bank. Afterwards, we both marveled over the fact that we'd found another human who was willing to do three hours of community service for a first meet-up. On the dates that followed, we developed a deep friendship while bonding over our mutual love of animals (especially our adorable dogs CJ, Tre, Coconut, Junior and Bugsy), nature, science and our deep value of our Catholic faith. Eight months worth of laughter, adventures, holidays and memories later, Lucio popped the question at the site of our memorable third date, a charming study spot called Campesino Coffee House, and Paige was thrilled to say yes. We can both hardly wait for this new chapter of our lives to begin with the support, love and company of our cherished friends and family!
