When Joseph and Paige met through mutual friends it was evident that they had commonalities that were unique. Their friendship began and many could see that the two were meant to be together. As time passed, they started to see that for themselves as well. They decided to move the friendship into a relationship, and it was not long before they realized the completeness they gave to one another. Both friends and family recognized the happiness and joy they had and could see that they were a perfect match. As time went by, Joseph and Paige’s relationship deepened. They both had described their relationships as a “when you know, you know” gut feeling. Through graduations, promotions, new jobs, moving into a home, yard projects, and daily life….they both have supported each other, celebrated the successes, and encouraged growth in one another to become the best versions of themselves both as individuals and as a couple. In April 2023, they welcomed Buckeye (Yellow lab puppy) into their lives to join Maui (Paiges chocolate lab). Buckeye has sentimental value as it was named after the street they met each other on. They settled into “family” life and the memories grew. Throughout the summer of 2023, Paige and Joseph attended and participated in many weddings and found themselves interested in venues. They decided to tour several venues and fell in love with Trezzi Winery. Both didn’t want a lengthy engagement so when they learned that the venue was booked a year or more in advance, Paige was discouraged. What she didn’t know was that Joseph started his “secret engagement operation” where he secured the venue without any suspicion to Paige! A few months later, the most beautiful ring was purchased, and Joseph asked for blessings for their marriage. He planned the most unforgettable weekend, full of sentiment and surprises. On November 10th 2023, Joseph proposed at Beastrom Meadows outside of Colville, meadows that Paige has loved since she was little. It was the perfect place to merge lifelong memories with the start of their new lives together.
