FAQs

Weddings are long events and half of the people you don't know. There are lots of things to consider. Is it inside or outside? What color are the bridesmaid wearing so you don't accidentally look like one. What's parking like, will we need to walk far? Hopefully all of this is answered below to help set up a night for fun and celebration. If you have any additional questions please reach out to Paige (940) 452-3119. For day of event questions please contact the Day of Coordinator:TBD
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start in the Chapel on the property by 5pm. Please be seated and settled by 4:45pm.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The venue space is heavily limited, we kindly ask you leave your dates and children at home unless otherwise stated on the invite.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is a adult only event, we kindly ask that you treat this as a date night and hire a babysitter so you can enjoy evening with good food and drinks. Children will not be allowed on the property due to liability concerns.

Question

Can I take pictures of the ceremony?

Answer

Everyone has a professional grade camera in their pocket via their phone. While it's tempting to take your own pictures during the ceremony we ask that you keep those phones put away and unplug. We will have a professional photographer hustling to get the shots and we ask she is not having to battle devices being in frame to capture a once in a lifetime moment. If you would like photos of the ceremony Jon and Paige are happy to share.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The wedding will take place on a property with an adjoining hotel. If you navigate to the Travel tab you will see the group booking link for a discount rate. Jon and Paige will personally be on property and would love to see you for breakfast tacos the next morning at the cantina.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is casual. Think maxi dresses and sandals, nice jeans and casual button downs. Be comfortable, because at some point the Bride and Groom will be busting out joggers. The venue space has both inside and outside areas with fires and heaters should it be cold. We invite guest to wear shades of blue and darker hues to match the wedding party.

Question

Parking?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the hotel, however due to the square set up of the property, the entrance points for the chapel can be a small walk.

Question

Health safety measures?

Answer

While the times of lockdown are a couple of years behind us Covid still exists and the wedding will be during flu season. We first ask that if you are not feeling well to please stay home. A virtual ceremony option is available if needed. If you have concerns about spacing we welcome you to wear a mask and once the ceremony is over there will be heated spaces outdoors. There will be guest in attendance who have not received Covid vaccines. Please try not to give them too hard of a time.
