Welcome Party

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

This event is inside and more casual cocktail attire.

Please arrive on time if you’d like to catch a special video presented by Christopher Monahan.

Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 11:45 pm

The Ceremony and following Cocktail hour are planned to be outside. The reception will be held indoors with the ability to go outside to the grounds at any time.

Buses will be arriving at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Batavia at 3:45pm, and leaving from there to the venue at 4:10pm. Please make sure to be on time! Buses will be leaving from the venue back to the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 10:00pm, 11:00pm, and 11:45pm. There will be no more buses after 11:45pm.

Time for Brunch

10:00 am - 3:00 pm

This event is fully casual and mostly outdoors.

Before you head home, we welcome you to join in for some breakfast treats and a chance to get together one last time. Breakfast will NOT be served the whole time slot, so come on by early!
