Our Favorite People!

Emily Elsbernd

Matron of Honor

Besties since the womb! Emily is my twin and we hardly go a day without talking to each other. She's who I vent to after a long day of work, meet up with for a day of running errands, and always raid her pantry. Some might say we read each other's minds, but it's probably moreso that we spend a lot of time together.

Ryan Overby

Best Man

Brother of the groom. Not much else needs to be said, Ryan has always been there for me no matter when or where. Ryan and Amy have also bonded over the last few years as Ryan has opened his bathroom to us since our new farm does not currently have one. Now, Ryan resides in Wanamingo and does his best to imitate a farmer. If redneck had a picture in the dictionary, it would be Ryan's.

Erica Knutson

Matron of Honor

Erica is the bride's older sister who unwillingly brought us to and from school and babysat us during the summers in grade school. That is, if babysitting consists of making mac & cheese M-F, forcing us to complete her paper route for her, and sending us to the pool. Don't dare bother her while she's hanging out with her friends at the pool back in the day, you'll get a swift dunk and sent back to the shallow end. I can't wait for her speech, I feel like she thinks she has some payback to return. :)

Curt Boyum

Groomsman

Childhood friends and still at it. Curt and I were getting into trouble as soon as we could pedal a bike. We once scraped the gravel off of the county road with dad's tractor in order to create a bike jump. We crashed multiple snowmobiles together, destroyed derby cars together, and took down a ranked Lake City Football Program in 2005. Recently, Amy and I spent a long weekend in the Bighorns watching Curt roll his RENTED Polaris Ranger with his wife Liz riding shotgun.

Alicia Miller

Bridesmaid

Alicia calls herself the triplet and we let her... mainly because it's just easier that way. She's wild & everyone in the room, actually the building, can always hear her. There were weeks during the summer I spent more time with her family than my own. I used to go to her cabin, not knowing when I would return to Lake City. I'll give her credit though, throughout the planning process, Alicia has kept better tabs on wedding details than the bride herself.

Patrick Madery

Groomsman

Friend, fishing buddy, and business confidant. Patrick and I met in college where he spearheaded putting hot sauce on my lips after a late night out. That hot sauce then got wiped off with my hand just before I wiped my eyes. Somehow we are still friends though. Its hard not to be in a good mood when Pat is around. His laugh is contagious and he has unselfishly been a great sounding board for me over the years, whether talking about life, work, and especially where the fish aren't biting.

Haley Poss

Bridesmaid

Hales and I grew up as neighbors, we put a lot of miles on bikes in our younger years, and played volleyball together. Hales is a sounding board and she always gives the best advice. She gives gentle reminders to enjoy the little things & to be grateful for what you have. Everyone needs a Haley, she's a gem. :)

Scott Budahn

Groomsman

College roommate, fishing buddy, and lake days wingman. Its hard to describe the relationship Scott and I share. Its one where we could be talking about business ideas and career changes one minute, then end up using a lillypad to get a 4 wheeler unstuck the next. If we could dream it, we tried it. I introduced him to his wife, and now he gives Amy someone to chat nursing with whenever we get a chance to see them. If there is a story that can't be told, Scott was probably there.

Maggie Balow

Bridesmaid

Marge and I are cousins, grew up in the same town, are the same age, and played volleyball and basketball together. Needless to say, we've experienced a lot of things together. Family vacations, high school sports, and college parties to name a few! We've always had great conversation, know just what pushes each other's buttons, and know how to have a good time!

Travis Wenner

Groomsman

Fishing, hunting, and golf buddy. Trav and I met in Mankato where we were neighbors. He did not want to meet me initially as I was the "city boy" that moved in next door. Now, if I don't go golfing, fishing, or hunting with Trav at least once a month, the universe falls out of equilibrium. Trav will give you the shirt off his back, or at least a Busch Light if you're thirsty.

Emily Feldmann

Bridesmaid

Emily is another great high school friend! From playing volleyball & basketball, a 24 hour road-trip out West, and celebrating birthdays together, she's always been up for anything. The Cronin household is where all of us tasted our first sips of the delicious $12.99 UV Vodka. She's always so positive and a good time!

Tyler Larson

Groomsman

College friend, hunting, fishing, and golfing buddy. Tyler and I were on the same floor in the college dorms and instantly became friends. If it wasn't for Tyler, I probably wouldn't know any of the Kasson clan. We've spent a lot of days out goose hunting, fishing walleyes, and chasing a little white ball around the golf course. If you want to know everything there is to know about golf, ask Tyler. If you want to know everything not to do while golfing, watch Tyler play a round.

Olivia Hartshorn

Honor Attendant

OH is the hype girl that everyone needs in their life! She's selfless & boujee & always has what you need. We met in the WYANG and have been homies ever since! "Embracing the suck" of the military truly creates lifelong friendships & I'm so glad she made the trek from California!

Cole Miller

Usher

Hunting, Fishing, and golfing buddy. Cole and Trav are brothers. I might as well be #3. Cole and I have spent many days watching ducks locked up, setting into our decoys perfectly, then watching them fly away. My fantasy football game is generally better, but his golf game beats mine, most of the time. Cole lives life the right way, and we click because of that.

Ben Boynton

Usher

College friend, hunting, fishing and golf buddy. Ben and I have been golfing, fishing, and hunting for many years. I usually end up in his boat on fishing trips and typically out fish him, although, he did win a kids crappie tournament once. He was 36. I think he still has the trophy. Ben is one to always keep me grounded when I have a far fetched idea for a trip, a business, or anything else dumb I can drum up. I give him a hard time, but he's always been a great friend and we've spent many hours talking business and life.
