Orlando: "My best friend Richard and his wife Luz del Carmen introduced me to Francia. Though I lived here in the US and she there in the DR, we communicated daily by text messages and in American Sign Language (ASL) by video chats. I began to love her so much with my soul and heart. I met Francia in person in the Dominican Republic on June 05, 2016. We've been a couple ever since! Our future goals are perfectly matched. I will always cherish her. I can't wait to marry her! I'm looking forward to marrying her for love and to be united with her forever in happiness!" Francia: "All of my life, I dreamt to have a husband like Orlando. After getting to know each other long distance and he learning Spanish, we met in person on January, 2016 when he came to meet me. It was an unforgettable moment for me! The month of his friend's anniversary, he proposed to me.... It was such an emotional moment! By that time I knew he is my love and has all the qualities that a man should show a woman - love, understanding, humble, and adaptable. For example: my family doesn't know ASL and so he tries to find ways so that they can understand him. I can go on but you must know, Orlando is the most incredible person that I've ever met and the one that I want to spend the rest of my life with. I love him so much!"
