Where should we stay for the weekend?

We are coordinating a hotel block for our guests and will share details for booking when available.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registering at Crate and Barrel and Amazon and will share the links here when they are ready. In the meantime, we set up honeymoon funds on our Registry page.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding will be kid friendly and we will have a room for kids specifically during the reception to get away from the noise and play games. We will have a specific nursing mothers room and room with changing tables. We are not providing childcare but there will be plenty of kid friendly accommodations.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Sunday, June 15th, 2025. If you already know that you cannot attend due to the travel requirements, please feel free to let us know privately.

Do we need to pay admission to the Arboretum?

Answer

No, admission is included for all guests for the entire day. Feel free to come early and explore any part of the Arboretum you want. Just mention you are attending the Steinberg-White wedding at the entrance gate and proceed to the main visitor parking lot.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, free parking is provided at both ceremony and reception locations. Both locations are within Arboretum property, but require a vehicle to travel between the two. A shuttle will be provided to take guests from the ceremony site to the reception site. However, if you drive to the ceremony site, you should plan to drive to the reception site parking lot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the Arboretum?

Answer

Yes, there will be a transportation option for guests staying in the hotel block. There will also be a shuttle from the ceremony site to the reception site. More details on the shuttle schedule and options will be available closer to the day.
