IS THE WEDDING TAKING PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

We are hoping for an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. The cocktail hour will be a combination of indoor and outdoor. The reception will take place indoors, above the brewery taproom.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?

Answer

Yes! There will be transportation from the Hilton Garden Inn and the Ramada Inn to Coal Country Brewing, as well as from Coal Country Brewing back to the hotels at the end of the night. Teacher and coach that we are, we will provide the school bus, you provide the "magic"! Specific times will be posted later.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The wedding ceremony starts at 4:30 at Coal Country Brewing in Ebensburg, PA. This is approximately a 30 minute drive from Indiana, PA. While a bus will be provided, if you plan on driving to the venue please plan to arrive 15 minutes early in the event of traffic!

WHAT IS ON THE MENU?

Answer

The dinner buffet will feature grilled chicken and beef tips, mashed potatoes and gravy, garlic green beans, salad and a dinner roll.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited seating arrangements at our reception venue, invitations are limited to specified guests only. Therefore, we must ask our guests to not RSVP for a plus one unless their invitation specifically identifies a guest on the addressed envelope. Thank you for understanding!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

We love children, but our venue does not have the space to accommodate all the young ones. If your invitation does not specifically list your child(ren), we kindly ask that you take this as an opportunity to have a "parents' night out" and enjoy an evening of relaxing and celebrating.

There is parking on site.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AT THE CERMONY?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to capture moments on our special day. We ask that you do not take pictures during the wedding ceremony; we want to see your beautiful faces experiencing the moment along with us! At the wedding reception, feel free to capture moments, and be sure to upload them to our shared Google album! The link will be available at the reception.
