celebrating a day full of love

In 2018 the story of Nick and Katie started as just two kids sitting in a booth in the back of Al's Pizza and ended at Alewife for a nice cold beer. Nick was the talker and Katie was the listener. Katie fell for Nick's goofy sense of humor and always finding a way to make her laugh. Nick fell for Katie's smile and sense of adventure. We were quick to want to be around each other. We share the love of travel, football, beer, Chris Stapleton, and spending time with friends and family. On the other hand, Nick and Katie have different interests. As much as Katie wants Nick to like Harry Potter, Nick refuses to break from Game of Thrones. Katie is the planner and Nick goes with the flow. In the years that followed we went on trips to Savannah, GA, St Augustine, FL, Atlanta, GA, and our favorite trip so far, Yosemite National Park in California. We definitely got bit by the travel bug and hopes to travel in the future. Our life together has been nothing short of an adventure. We moved in together in 2019 with Katie's cat Kitty and has added to the our family with our dog Ellie. On June 11, 2022, Nick got down on one knee and asked Katie to marry him. It was the easiest "yes" and maybe the fastest Katie has ever said. We are so excited to start this new chapter in our story. We are so grateful to get to share it with our loved ones.
