Should I stay at the wedding venue?

Yes. Book for Aug 3-5 preferably, but at least for Aug 4-5 so you can be comfortable after the wedding. Where should I stay while in Egypt for the days leading up to the wedding?

Answer

Anywhere on the Nile will be great. Zamalek is a cool area. If you’re looking for where locals live, then we recommend somewhere in Heliopolis or Nasr City.

What places are must sees in Cairo?

Answer

The Nile (wedding is directly on it - might try to do a sunset nile cruise the night before the wedding) Pyramids - horseback or camel ride or carriage around it, entrance inside The Egyptian Museum Khan el Khalili - market and coffee shots The Citadel Al Azhar Park - go at sunset to hear all the mosques going off for Athan (call to prayer)

Yes! Please note that seating at tables is only for adults and children 13 and over. Children are welcome to join in on all the fun, but kids 12 and under will not have seating at a table.

Please be there by 5:00pm. We are timing the entrance with the sunset so punctuality is key!
