Although Aegean Airlines is the main airline that flies from Athens to Corfu, you can also fly with Ryanair, Swissair, British Airways or Lufthansa to the island as well. We recommend Aegean though!

Nope! Corfu is located in the Ionian Sea (closer to Italy), while Santorini and Mykonos are Cycladic islands located in the Aegean Sea (closer to Turkey). You will need to fly back to Athens from Corfu in order to fly or take a boat to Santorini, Mykonos or any of the other islands in the Aegean Sea.
The beautiful islands of Paxos and Antipaxos are a 45 minute boat ride from Corfu and costs approximately 45 Euros. Albania is also a 2 hour boat ride from Corfu. A day trip will cost around 25 Euro.
Although Greek is the official language, the majority of people in both Athens and Corfu speak English as well.
