Stay the night and on Saturday morning visit America’s largest producers-only farmers’ market! The Dane County farmers market is open from 6:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. and encompasses the entire capital square. A great way to enjoy a September Saturday in Wisconsin. Grab breakfast, local fruits and veggies, and some squeaky cheese curds!

A favorite gathering spot for students and community members alike, the terrace sits on the lakefront and is open to the public. Enjoy the iconic sunburst chairs, beautiful lake views, gorgeous sunsets, food, and a beer. There's frequently live music!
