Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We request that you RSVP through our wedding website by no later than December 1st. If we do not receive your response by this date, you will be automatically marked as Not Attending and we will not be able to change this as we give vendors our final guest count.

Will I need a visa to travel?

Answer

Visas are not required but the UK does require travelers to register through the ETA prior to travel. Please make sure to submit your application in a timely manner to avoid incurring fees and possible restriction of entry. Follow the link below for access to the ETA form. Also, please check that your passport is in accordance with current travel requirements to the UK. https://www.etauk.uk/requirements/us-citizens

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to find parking and take your seat.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our special day so the dress code is Semi-Formal. -Spring colors and neutrals are recommended. -Please no jeans or denim pants.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate children who are immediate family and that are above a certain age. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those explicitly invited. Your invitation and the RSVP section on our website will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend." as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify Ashley or Parker by no later than 6 weeks prior to the wedding date.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). We want our family and friends to be fully present as we say our "I Do's" and have hired professionals to capture this special moment for us. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

I have a dietary restriction. What should I do?

Answer

Please indicate any dietary restrictions on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
