Once there was a black haired darling. Growing up she often day dreamed about what her soul mate was like. She dreamed of the day she would grow up and meet him. As she grew, she never stopped drifting off to think of him. What did he look like? Was he tall? What color were his eyes? She would wonder where he was and what he was doing. Maybe he lived far away! Her heart counted the days till they'd meet. There once was a boy, blonde hair, blue eyed. He sat a few rows behind the black haired darling in 6th grade. The boy and the girl walked the same halls, scraped knees on the same playgrounds, and shared many of the same memories. But, it wasn't their time yet.
