Yes! - The Welcome Party will be outside under a tent on the Aspen Terrace at The Inverness Hotel. Immediately following the ceremony, guests will walk to the outdoor patio for cocktail hour. The reception will be inside the Ponderosa Room. Dress code is Cocktail attire: www.theknot.com/content/cocktail-wedding-attire - The Farewell Breakfast will be in the Upper Mountain Room, an enclosed terrace at The Inverness Hotel. Dress code is Casual attire.

Transportation will be provided for guests staying in the room block at The Inverness Hotel and Homewood Suites. The shuttle will pick up hotel guests at the main entrance of The Inverness Hotel at 3:00pm on Saturday, and will bring guests back from Spruce Mountain Ranch following the reception. Two departure times will be available from the reception to The Inverness Hotel. The first shuttle departs at 9:15pm and the final shuttle leaves at 11:00pm.

Yes! The Inverness Hotel and Homewood Suites have free parking. While transportation to and from the wedding will be provided to hotel guests staying in the room blocks, Spruce Mountain's Upper Ranch has free limited parking as well for those not staying at The Inverness Hotel or Homewood Suites. ***Please note: rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are extremely sparse and unreliable in Larkspur, Colorado. If you are not planning to use the hotel shuttle, we encourage you to reserve a taxi/car service ahead of time.
