Santa Barbara Airport

Santa Barbara has a great little airport! Flights are typically a bit more expensive, but depending on where you are flying in from, it can definitely be worth avoiding LAX.

LAX

LAX is the closest large airport and usually offers the most affordable options. The drive to Santa Barbara takes about 2 hours from LAX depending on traffic. The 405 to the 101 is fastest, but the scenic route through Malibu on Highway 1 is beautiful (for our out-of-town fam), and there are great places to stop along the way!
