When should I RSVP by?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola for a honeymoon fund and Crate and Barrel Items. We are registered at Warsaw Cut Glass for the "Gina" pattern.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire for ceremony and reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please talk to Liv & Jon about kids. Kids will primarily be family. The pool will not be open for the evening.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block reserved at the Hampton Inn in Warsaw. There will be a shuttle running to and from the hotel for the ceremony/reception. You can reserve a room here: https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/tucker-ruddell-wedding-2023/

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking available in several places in our neighborhood. Please follow the signs on your way in when you enter the neighborhood. There will be golf carts shuttling guests to the ceremony from parking. Please park in these lots if possible, so we do not crowd our neighbors' streets.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will provide a shuttle service to and from The Hampton Inn and likely to other stops on the way. We also will be running golf cart shuttles throughout the neighborhood. Please use these shuttle services if possible as parking is limited. Unfortunately, Uber and Lyft are not reliable in our area. If you are looking for a ride outside of the shuttle, your best option is to call Fast Cab at (574) 269-2222. It might be a bit of a wait.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive several minutes early to find a seat before the ceremony starts at 5. A welcome glass of champagne will be provided on arrival.
